TPAC - Technology Policy and Assessment Center at the Georgia Institute of Technology

Lu Huang is currently a visiting scholar from China. Her specialty is science and technology management, particularly the topic of technology assessment and technology forecasting.

She is also a 3th year doctoral student of Management and Economics School in Beijing Institute of Technology. She has attended many assessment projects in China, for example, she was involved in an evaluation team of the Sino-German Center funded by Chinese NSF and German DFG, and she also participated into the Beijing Olympic Games technology assessment project, which is the key program funded by Chinese NSF.
