Diran is a doctoral student in the School of Public Policy at Georgia Tech. His major area of focus is Energy Policy with additional interests in Science and Technology Policy more broadly. Prior to entering the PhD program, he worked as a materials engineer in the area of energy-efficient materials for advanced lighting technologies.
