Rodrigo Cortes is a Graduate Research Assistan in TPAC group, he is also Professor in the Technology Management Graduate Program at the Universidad de Talca Campus Santiago, Chile.

He received his M.Sc. degree in International Agribusiness from University of Goettingen, Germany in 2004. Currently he is a Fulbright PhD. Student in the School of Public Policy at Georgia Tech.
